Welcome to ezpeazy.dev. By using our platform and script (the “Service”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Ezpeazy.dev provides a customizable snow effect script (the “Script”) for website owners. Users can create a free account to configure their script, but usage of the Script on a live website requires a paid license available through Gumroad.

2. Account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Licensing

• A paid license grants you the right to use the Script on one domain for one year.
• You may update the domain as needed from your dashboard.
• License purchases are processed via Gumroad and are non-refundable.
• The license does not allow you to redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Script.

4. Script Usage

• You may configure your Script before purchasing, but it cannot be used on your website until a valid license is linked.
• Future updates of the Script may be delivered automatically, or may require a version update in your integration code.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to use the Script or platform to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Distribute harmful or malicious content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Script beyond its provided configuration options.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and the Script itself are the intellectual property of ezpeazy.dev. Your license does not grant ownership.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any damages caused by use or misuse of the Script.
• Downtime, bugs, or errors that affect your website's performance.
• Loss of data or revenue due to the integration of the Script.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms. If material changes are made, we will notify users via the dashboard or email.
